• Please contact us first for any returns.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• Buyer will pay for return shipping unless it was a ShopNissanPartsNow error. 
• There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts unless it was a ShopNissanPartsNow error.
• If you did not provide a VIN number with your order, ShopNissanPartsNow may still allow a return, but the 25% restocking fee will be charged.
• Parts must be resaleable and in the original undamaged packaging including all labels that came on the package and all packaging materials inside.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return requests need to be within 15 days of receipt.
• Core must be returned within 30 days in original packaging for credit.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
